Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided via email.

  Package Securely

  Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailer, ensuring the package is taped securely and the new label is visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized UPS location and keep your drop-off receipt until your refund has been processed.
